Maybe Someday For Clare Curd Crafts

Hey, Hey, Hey I have my penultimate make for the Clare Curd Crafts blog today and it is a card that can be used for any occasion.

Of course if you want to see it in full then pop on other to the Clare Curd Crafts blog.

So as I only have two more makes left for Clare I've gone back to where I started and used the Hero Arts Clear Stamps - Today set which I used in some of my first makes last year. I've also used the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline papers in my make today.

Have a happy Tuesday.

A Feminine ATC For Clare Curd Crafts

Hey all, I have my Clare Curd Crafts DT make for you today.

Nope don't worry it isn't Tuesday and you haven't somehow skipped the weekend! Don't you just hate it when that happens? No, I missed my slot on Tuesday due to the fact that I'm a dunderhead!

I had made two cards for Clare Curd Crafts the week before, congratulated myself on getting two weeks up on my DT work then sent them off to their recipients without actually photographing them - D'oh!

Told you I was distracted this week. *sigh* so I didn't have time to get something made until Friday and that is why I'm posting my make today instead of last Tuesday.

That was a long winded excuse wasn't it? Ok so on with the make this week and a feminine ATC.

As always you can see it in full if you pop on other to the Clare Curd Crafts Blog. I've used the IndigoBlu Ledger Background stamp and papers from the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline papers.

Note to self: Remember to photograph things!

Catch you later.

Hey! Card For Clare Curd Crafts

Hey! Guys! It's a Hey! Card! Gosh that is a lot of exclamation marks for one small bitty sentence. If you aren't too exhausted after all of those exclamation marks then how about a card with no exclamation marks?

It feels like it needs one doesn't it? It is for Clare Curd Crafts and you can see the whole make over on the blog. So I've used the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline papers and a marker pen to make this all occasions, abstract card.

Only a flying visit today, as I'm busy with some commissions.
Hope you are all having creative weeks.

Butterfly Sampler For Clare Curd Crafts

Time for a DT make and it is Tuesday (it is Tuesday right?!) so that means it is my make for Clare Curd Crafts. This week I've used mostly just papers again with a little bit of stamping to make this Butterfly Sampler ATC.

It made me think of those illustrations in old books about nature so I added the little 'figure' sentiment. You can see the whole ATC if you pop on over to the Clare Curd Blog.

I've used limited supplies again, the paper and butterflies are from the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline paper stack, which is on special offer by the way. The stamp is the IndigoBlu Ledger Background stamp.

Thanks for popping in and have a creative day.

Thank You Card For Clare Curd Crafts

I love the old style roses on one of the papers in the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline paper stack. They are very much in the style of botanical sketches. So this week I thought I would try to centre my Clare Curd Crafts make around these roses.

You can see the make in full over at the Clare Curd Crafts blog and see how the Roses look on the IndigBlu Ledger Stamp background. I added some inky cycles by stamping with an old votive glass.

I think the vintage-style roses look great on the contemporary grungy design and I love how the ransom note sentiment worked out too. Job done!

Catch you all later.

Paper Star ATC For Clare Curd Crafts

My post today is for Clare Curd Crafts and as I looked at the products I had from Clare, that weren't the two Christmas stamps I was using last month of course, I thought to myself 'Mmm, what can I make today?'

I wanted to make something that would not take too much time to do but that was full of texture. Well for me that often means it will involve some tearing!

Ping! Lightbulb moment!

In my head I suddenly see an ATC using the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline papers torn and collaged onto card, with a star focal point stamped with the IndigoBlu Ledger background stamp. To bring it altogether I decide to use some direct to paper inking.

Most of the make is there in my head so I start to tear and glue and make, and as I do, the addition of the stapled paper hinges, and a little doodle lettered sentiment to balance the design, pop into existence.

So a fun little ATC using a little paper and a smidge of stamping is over at the Clare Curd Crafts blog if you want to see it in full.

I still love making ATCs, I know that the trend has kind of passed but I like the challenge of designing in miniature and the opportunity to try out techniques and ideas on a small scale for use later in something else. Do you still go in for ATCs? When was the last one you made?

Clare has a 40% off sale over at her store by the way.

Thanks for popping by.

New Year's Eve is here and for it I have an inky New Year's make for Clare Curd Crafts.

The whole card is on the Clare Curd Crafts blog.

Special Date ATC For Clare Curd Crafts

Hey guys, hope that you have been having a good week? It has been busy here on my blog so I haven't had a chance to give you a little peek at a make I have on the Clare Curd Crafts blog.

It uses my favourite new stamp for this season, the Crafty Impressions TINCHIES 25 DECEMBER stamp, it is really cool and has been designed by Rachel Greig from Darkroom Door. *Love* I used it last week too so you can see I'm already quite obsessed with it!

For more details pop on over to the Tuesday post but whilst you are there why not checkout all the other lovely inspiration from the DT too?

A Super Quick Christmas Card

How is the Christmas card making going? I have to admit I only make commission cards these days, the cards I send to folk for Christmas are usually bought. That is very bad isn't it? But if you are getting a little tired of your Christmas card making I have a super-quick design you might be interested in and you don't even have to worry about cutting straight or anything.

There is nothing like a bit of time economics to motivate a make!

If you want to see it in full then hop on over to the Clare Curd Crafts Blog.

Stark contrast to yesterday's labour intensive make don't you think?!

Catch you later.

Sometimes An ATC Is Best

My Clare Curd Crafts DT make this week is an ATC, sometimes an ATC just hits the spot!

Ok so I might have resorted to my old favourite again - corrugated card, but old habits you know? I've also used the IndigoBlu Ledger background stamp and the Hero Arts Today stamp set.

A simple bit of stamping goes a long way!

If you want to see it full frontal, so to speak, then pop on over to the Clare Curd Crafts blog today.

Catch you later.
