Special Date ATC For Clare Curd Crafts

Hey guys, hope that you have been having a good week? It has been busy here on my blog so I haven't had a chance to give you a little peek at a make I have on the Clare Curd Crafts blog.

It uses my favourite new stamp for this season, the Crafty Impressions TINCHIES 25 DECEMBER stamp, it is really cool and has been designed by Rachel Greig from Darkroom Door. *Love* I used it last week too so you can see I'm already quite obsessed with it!

Grace On Film

Hey guys, I have a mixed media canvas to show you today, I've called it 'Grace On Film'!

I was lucky enough to win some gorgeous Darkroom Door stamps as blog candy from Rachel Greig's Darkroom Door blog and just thought they would be perfect for this project. I love mixing fabric, paper, embroidery and rubber stamping and the different textures and effects it gives to a piece.

There are a lot of details, that I'm not sure I've managed to pick up in the photographs - still trying to get to know my new camera.

The fabrics have been hand coloured and stitched with beading detail. The Darkroom Door image has been hand tinted and I've also added crackle details to the sentiments and yummy buttons to my fabric roses.
