Maybe Someday For Clare Curd Crafts

Hey, Hey, Hey I have my penultimate make for the Clare Curd Crafts blog today and it is a card that can be used for any occasion.

Of course if you want to see it in full then pop on other to the Clare Curd Crafts blog.

So as I only have two more makes left for Clare I've gone back to where I started and used the Hero Arts Clear Stamps - Today set which I used in some of my first makes last year. I've also used the Cosmo Cricket Evangeline papers in my make today.

Have a happy Tuesday.

Sewing Patterns In Pink

My card today uses some more of the yummy Hero Arts Stamps sewing-themed stamps - I did warn you that I had a soft spot for sewing-themed stamps didn't I? So I've gone with a totally stitchy theme for my card with some fun sewing machine stitching and thread and button embellishments.

I've paper pieced the pattern on mulberry paper to give a bit of texture and pink designer paper.

The little card bobbin embellishment was made by stamping one of the Hero Arts Woodgrain stamps on card and cutting the shape out then wrapping it with thread.

Thanks for dropping in.
Have a lovely day.
Kim

Materials:
Stamps - Hero Arts Simply Handmade and Wood Grain
Ink - VersaFine Onyx Black
Paper - My Mind's Eye
Usual Suspects - Paper trimmer; Silicone glue; double-sided tape
Other - Thread; Button; Sewing machine; Mulberry paper

Halloween Chocolates

Hi Guys, How are you all doing today? Getting ready for Halloween? I think in our household it might be a night of popcorn, chocolates and watching Harry Potter - well that is as scary as I can cope with :)

Here is a Halloween make for your scary party. I've used the fabulous Hero Arts Clear Designs Owl-oween which is on a special Halloween offer over at Quixotic Paperie. The papers are My Minds Eye Boo To You set which are also on special offer for Halloween.

I've coloured the Pirate owl with my PrismaColor pencils and Shimmerz Paints Coal and Pixie Dust Blingz. I sprayed the black paper with Shimmerz Spritz Licorice. All of which are available at Quixotic Paperie.
