Another punchy make today and I've been a bit cheeky as it fits the Cute Card Thursday Challenge this week which is Animal Crackers so I've used it as my DT card.

It uses the very cute Kurepunch Small - Puppy.

Cute Card Thursday Meets Creative Expressions

Wahoo! I can't wait to show you my card today! It is a combined Creative Expressions and Cute Card Thursday DT make. This week we have a fabulous sketch over at CCT to work from and I've swapped it around just a tiny bit to make this semi-circle stand card.

I've used the two folks driving stamps from the Creative Expressions Wrinkles Don't Hurt Stamp kit.

For the sentiment I've used stamps from one of Sam Poole's new stamp kits Vintage Typewriter.

It says ' I Wanna Drive Throu' Life With U' even if the looks on their faces doesn't quite match the sentiment I'm sure they have it in their hearts LOL!

It's Challenge Day!

Hello folks, I've got my challenge card for Cute Card Thursday and Pixie Dust Studio for this week and we have two great challenges to get your creative juices tingling!

Cute Card Thursday is all about using punches and Pixie Dust Studio is about going back to school.

So here is a little 'Hello Teacher' card to start the term for Kindergarten/ Primary School with Pixie Dust Studio's Walter's Jammies using the small Kurepunch Duck and medium Kurepunch tag M.

The 'Hello Teacher' uses a ZIG Chalk Writer from Kuretake to write on the 'blackboard'.

Cute Card Thursday And Pixie Dust Studio Challenges

Wow is it Thursday already? It is, so that means it is the Cute Card Thursday Challenge day and the Pixie Dust Studio Challenge day and my card fits both! Hurrah!

Snowboarding In Summer

It's Thursday and I have my DT card for both the Cute Card Thursday Challenge and the Pixie Dust Studio Challenge this week.

I've managed to merge both challenges again this week as the Cute Card Thursday Challenge is 'Clean and Simple' and the Pixie Dust Studio Challenge is 'Boys Will Be Boys' and the result is:

I've used the new Pixie Dust Studio Ski Dude from the new Winter release.

He looks very cool snowboarding!

Cute Card Thursday And Pixie Dust Studio Winter Release

I know that a lot of you well organized people are already doing your Christmas cards, not me I like to leave it to the very last minute and then give up and buy my Christmas cards, or just not send any at all! But for you guys that are totally on top of these things today is your lucky day!

It's the Pixie Dust Studio's Winter release and there are lots of super cute Christmas themed images to pick from.

So I thought I would make a Chrimbo card to show you and I've merged it with both the Cute Card Thursday challenge which is 'No Designer Papers' (check the blog for the sponsor this week) and the Pixie Dust Studio challenge which is 'Anything Goes'.

Cute Card Thursday - A Sketch

For my make this week I've used one of the elegant Japanese inspired ladies from last month's Kraftin' Kimmies stamps release and she is available, with her beautiful sisters, from Quixotic Paperie.

I've just realised she is my namesake - Kimiko - LOL! I've used her with papers from the Memory Box Pixie collection. I've added a bit of sparkle with the Viva Decor Glitter liner Holo Iridescent pen.

I went for a vintage-feel colour scheme to colour her, what do you think?

Cute Card Thursday - Birthstones

Hey, Hey, Hey it's Cute Card Thursday and this week the challenge is Birthstones and the sponsors are the lovely Tickled Pink stamps.

I've used the fabulous Lil Victorian Steampunk Lolita Lilith from Tickled Pink.

I've matched her with one of my favourite paper collections the My Mind's Eye Meadowlark Dawn.

I've also added a few flatback acrylic gems. 

Now I have to make a confession...I have no idea what my birthstone is! I looked it up but there seemed to be so many different options I just decided to go with blue and make that my birthstone!

Cute Card Thursday

For my make this week I've used the My Cute Stamp Picnic With Little Red stamp set which you can get from Make The Day Special.

Cute Card Thursday - Sketch

It is a sketch challenge this week over at Cute Card Thursday and we have the lovely Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps sponsoring this week.

I've used the fab Kraftin' Kimmies Stamp Nerissa from the Moonlight Whispers Mermaid collection which is available over at Quixotic Paperie. Went for a bit of a flotsam and jetsam theme with my make this week as you can see.

I've added lots of sparkle to the embossed acetate to add to the 'sea' feel.

Cute Card Thursday - Kraft

Yep it's Cute Card Thursday and this week it is all about colouring on Kraft and the sponsors are the lovely Some Odd Girl with their gorgeously cute stamps. 

I've used the super cute Snuggle Tiny Tia digi-stamp - isn't she adorable? I'm such a sucker for kitty cats.

Are You Distressed?

Well don't be - it is Cute Card Thursday! This week it is all about distressed and vintage cards and you can used any type of distressing - ink, tearing, scrunching, scrapping, sanding, the list is endless! Visit Cute Card Thursday to learn more about our sponsors this week.

I've used all sorts of distressing for my card. I've distressed the gorgeous Pink Paislee Sweetness and Old School papers available over at Quixotic Paperie with Tim Holtz Ranger Distress inks, added a bit of sparkle with the Prima Marketing flower centres.

The image is from the SCACD Victoria Case Bonita Collection - She is Victoria Bonita. 

I've used one of the Artistic Outposts Ephemeral Background stamps to add a bit of a background to the distressed image and I've added more distressing with the new The Greeting Farm Splotchy background stamp with Wild Honey Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Stain.

The sentiment is from the Artistic Outpost Windows and Doors Stamp set. Think that about covers it!

Sunshine explosion - It's MONDAY!
