PaperArtsy And StencilGirl Blog Hop and Giveaway
Welcome to the PaperArtsy and StencilGirl Blog Hop and Giveaway!
As an extra special seasonal treat this week the StencilGirl and PaperArtsy design teams have got together for a feast of inspiration to get your creative flow going with a blog hop running from 21st - 24th December.
Everyday for the next four days a new post will go live on four of the StencilGirl and PaperArtsy design teams blogs. Hop around the blogs and leave comments and you could win a fabulous prize too, but more on that later in my post!
First I wanted to share my PaperArtsy and StencilGirl blog hop project with you. I'm calling it 'Feather'.
I've used a some of the wonderful StencilGirl's stencils to build up texture in my background with PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Acrylic paint. Then I've used one of the stamps from my own PaperArtsy range with some StencilGirl feather stencils to build the focal point.

Kim I love to hear you speak. As I watched your video I like the way you used paper and built up that part of your canvas with texture paste! I'd like to try using gesso as glue. I've never tried these textures before but you inspire me on. Love that your flowers grow from the feather.

ReplyDeleteI like the feather stencils and the chocolate pudding paints. Chocolate, feathers, blue - all favorites of mine. <3 I have not tried using a card with a stencil and will try it out. Simple, but nice art.
