Happy Birthday Pastels

Time for a smidgen of pastel today and a make that is over on the Fiskarettes forum so I'm only going to give you a little sneaky peek...


The whole make plus the step by step can be found on the Fiskarettes, I've used the Fiskars ShapeCutter™ with the Tags & Brackets Shape Template™ and a book page (again!) and even some of my own digital papers.
