Altered Element Quick 'How To'

Do you remember this recent make I did for The Altered Element called Enchanted Seamstress? Well we got some questions asking how I got the crackle effect on the frame so we thought it would be helpful to put a quick 'How To' post and you can find it on The Altered Element blog if you are interested.
