Whiff Of Joy Guest Designer Call


Hey Guys, I'm sure many of you know that Katharina over at Whiff Of Joy has a Guest Designer Call until the 19th September? Thought I would throw my name into the hat! There are already over 100 entries! Oh Boy!

So here is a make for you using the gorgeous Shy Willow, one of my favs from the Summer 2009 kit. The papers are My Mind's Eye Laundry Line range from Quixotic Paperie and I might have added some hand-stitching to the card - you know how I like stitching ;)


Lovely Willow is coloured with Prismacolor pencils and sansodor.

Stamp - Shy Willow Whiff Of Joy
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black
Colouring - Prismacolor pencils; Sansodor
Papers - My Mind's Eye Laundry Line
Usual Suspects - Paper trimmer; double sided tape; silicone glue; scissors
Other - Embroidery thread; Flower punches and templates; Martha Sterwart Border punch

    beautiful card Kim, the stitching is a gorgeous touch. I've had those MME papers for ages and not used them as felt looked a little 'dingey' but you've made them look soft and feminine.

    Thanks for your lovely comments yesterday, the wake was very pleasant actually and the trip to my sons grave was really moving having so many people come up there with us

    What beautiful colours and fabby hand stitching ... I only do the 'faux' version myself, 'cos I'm too lazy to get the machine out and am like a cow with a gun when it comes to needles and thread.
