Simon Say Stamp Challenge - Shabby Chic

What is this? Another challenge card? Wahoo! Well Simon Says Stamps Challenges has a Shabby Chic theme this week and I love Shabby Chic so just had to have a go!

So here is my more Shabby than Chic attempt LOL!

The image is a rub-on from La Blanche and I have rubbed it on to calico (sorry - calico again!), I've then layered the calico onto a book page and some HOTP paper and did a bit of stitching.

The frame is cut with my Nestibilities Label one and then I painted it with Rangers Crackle paint and a quick spray of Shimmez Spritz, finished with distress inks.

Some ribbon, a bit of Spritzed trim, buttons, pins, Spellbinders Symbology die cut and a Melissa Frances keyhole to finish the look!

Have a super Shabby Chic Friday.
Kim

Materials:
Image - Le Blanche Rub On
Paper - Hot Off The Press
Usual Suspects - Paper trimmer; silicone glue
Other - Shimmez Spritz; sewing machine; metallic thread; Buttons; pins; Cuttlebug; Nestibilities label one and symbology; Ribbon; Trim; Distress inks; Crackle paint; Melissa Frances Keyhole; Calico; Seam ripper
