Flying High

I think we need some colour today don't you?

With the lovely bright colours from Cosmic Cricket 'Get Happy' and the cute little Alota stamp. I've masked the heart tail on this stamp as I only wanted the airplane for this card. Coloured with my Promakers and highlighted with a white gel pen.

The edges of the papers have been coloured with Black Soot Distress ink and finished with some hardware and some string that I coloured red with my promarkers.



Materials:
Stamp - alota Flying Airplane
Inks - VersaFine Onyx black; Tim Holtz Ditress inks Black soot
Colouring - Letraset Promarkers gold, ruby, pastel blue, cyan, agean, burnt sienna, pastel pink, ivory, blush
Usual Suspects - Paper trimmer; Double-sided tape; 3D-foam
Other - Brads; Frame hooks; Crop-a-dile; eyelets; string; white gel pen

    oooh Kim this card is beautifull!! I love the colouring - that is a fab combination - Ryan would LOVE this card, he is obsessed with Orange!! It is his "most favourite colour EVER EVER EVER" lol and it looks gorgeous with that fab blue!! What a cutie flying his plane :D

    there is one thing that really stood out in your first card, the hearts and flowers, the use of the clear 3D liquid is just excellent you have made the stamped image have another dimension.

    This is gorgeous Kim, and the image is just fabby. I have been studying your colouring and I would never have put ruby and gold together but the shading is just right isn't it. I can feel a trip to your flat coming on to have a play. I'm packing my case as we speak, put the kettle on !!
